About Websoftware
Small on purpose.
Websoftware is a small digital marketing agency in DeLand, Florida. It's run by me, Brian. I've spent 20 years in digital marketing and web design, and I personally handle every client.
Founded 1994 · Digital marketing since 2006
Websoftware started in 1994 as my father's software company. I came home from the military in 1997, started building websites and learning digital marketing, and took the company over in 2006. It's been a digital marketing company ever since, and I'm still the one doing the work.

Why I keep it small
15 clients. That's the limit.
Most agencies grow by adding clients and hiring junior staff to handle them. Your account ends up with whoever is newest, running the same playbook they run for everyone else.
I went the other way. Before AI, I capped Websoftware at 5 clients. AI now lets me do the work of a much bigger team, so the cap is 15.
It won't go higher, because past that point I'd be the agency my clients left.
What working with me looks like
No account managers. No hand-offs.
01
You deal with me.
The person on the sales call is the person doing the work.
02
You own everything.
Your website, your content, your domain and your ad accounts are yours. If you ever leave, it all goes with you.
03
You see what's happening.
Every month you get a report and a call to walk through it in plain language: what worked, what didn't, what's next.
04
One plan, not five vendors.
Your website, SEO, Google Ads, streaming ads and automation are run together. When something isn't working, there's one person to fix it, not five vendors blaming each other.
The truth, even when it costs me
Things I've told clients no
They asked
"Can you just fix our site?"
No.
A personal injury firm's last agency had hidden other businesses' pages inside their website, building links for someone else on the firm's dime. Patching it wasn't honest. I told them it had to be rebuilt. We worked together for the next 9 years.
They asked
"Get us to #1 on Google in a month."
No.
Nobody can promise that honestly. We set goals we could measure and hit instead: technical fixes, content, qualified traffic and conversions.
They asked
"Just copy our biggest competitor."
No.
Their strategy was built for their audience and their budget, not yours. We figured out what was working for them and built something that fits your business.
